Who is Microtra for?

Microtra is software for small business: trades, cleaners, outdoor and home services, salons and barbers, pet groomers, studios and trainers, bakeries, small shops, and professional services. Keep your clients, work, appointments, invoices, and business records together.

Can I use Microtra on my phone and computer?

Yes. The Microtra app works on the web, including in your phone’s browser. Open the app here to create an account or sign in. The mobile and web experiences share the same business records.

Can I charge a card or use Tap to Pay?

Card charging, Tap to Pay, and payment links are coming soon. You can record payments received elsewhere, including cash, checks, and bank transfers. Recording a card payment does not charge a card.

How do I send an invoice?

Create your document, preview it, and share it through your own email or messaging apps. Then mark it as sent. Server email and SMS delivery, and a public client portal, are coming soon.

What does Microtra cost?

Essentials is $5.99 a month, Plus is $12.99 a month, Premium is $19.99 a month, or two months free when you pay yearly. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. When you are ready, buy your plan in the app at microtra.com/app.

Which regions and currencies are supported?

Microtra includes US, UK, and EU regional settings, with USD, GBP, and EUR formatting. This website uses US English and USD. Regional settings do not enable online payment processing.
