Can I estimate a driveway by area and a patio as a fixed amount?
Yes. Enter your own quantities and prices for measured work, or use an item for the whole agreed area. Label the units and surfaces clearly in the estimate. Microtra stores your pricing; it does not decide a suitable washing method or rate.
Where can I explain surfaces that are excluded?
Use estimate notes to spell out exclusions and include photos where they help explain the scope. Keep job notes and tasks with the accepted work so you can review the agreement before setting up.
Can I keep records for a customer with several properties?
Yes. Cleaning setup includes linked property records, and customer details support multiple sites. Associate the work with the correct site so the notes for a rental driveway do not get confused with the customer's home.
Does the schedule automatically react to bad weather?
You assess conditions, contact the customer and reschedule the appointment. Microtra holds the appointment and job details, but weather decisions and route order stay with you. Automatic service reminders are not available today.
Can I take a card payment after the wash?
Use your existing payment provider and record the payment received against the Microtra invoice. The app can share the invoice PDF through your device. Card collection, Tap to Pay, QR payments and payment links within Microtra are coming soon.
