Name the washed surfaces on the bill

Driveways, siding and wood decks require different scope descriptions even when they are cleaned on the same visit. Tell the customer which surfaces were completed and separate an approved stain treatment from the general wash. This sample concerns pressure-washing work and does not combine snow-plowing charges from another service.

How to use the template.

  1. Check the accepted surface list against completion notes. Keep excluded roofs, gutters or delicate surfaces from being implied by a phrase such as whole-house wash.
  2. Use the area or fixed-scope unit agreed in the quote. Distinguish measured surface area from the building's floor area.
  3. Verify approval for stain treatment, additional access work or a return visit. Do not present an incomplete stain removal as a guaranteed result.
  4. Replace the illustrative figures, include service and invoice dates and confirm the outstanding balance before sharing the edited document.

Useful answers.

Should a stubborn stain mean a discount?

Compare the outcome with the result and limitations agreed beforehand. Record any adjustment you reach with the customer; do not promise complete removal through a standard invoice description.

How do I bill a partially completed exterior?

Name the completed elevations or surfaces and the stage being charged. Explain any agreed remaining work rather than billing the full exterior as finished.

Are water supply and runoff details invoice items?

They can be useful scope references, but charges should follow the accepted arrangement. Keep the detailed site and work plan separately rather than inventing a fee after the visit.
