How it works.
- Enter both parties' billing details and a unique invoice number. Choose your region and currency; the default is United States and USD.
- Add a separate line for each service or supplied item. Use the quantity, unit and rate you agreed, and check the preview total. Totals round each line to the currency's smallest unit.
- Add payment instructions and agreed terms in the notes. Check whether tax applies; the generator does not calculate tax, take payments or send invoices.
- Download a PDF for sharing or a DOCX for further editing. The downloads are built locally in your browser. Create an invoice separately in Microtra if you want the app to retain it.

Do I have to sign up to download?
No. Enter the required fields and use either download button. The tool creates the file on your device; it does not create an account or save a Microtra invoice.
What happens to the details I enter?
They stay in the page's memory and are not uploaded or stored by the tool. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. Download and keep a copy before leaving if you need one.
Can this invoice collect a client's payment?
No. Add your own agreed payment instructions and send the file through your existing channel. Microtra card charging and payment links are coming soon; this generator does not process payments.
Can I include tax or an amount already paid?
The tool does not calculate tax or subtract prior payments automatically. Add applicable tax as a clearly described line after checking your obligations, and describe prior payments and the balance in the notes. Recheck the amount you ask the client to pay.
