Can I quote per pane or for a whole house?
Yes. Estimates support saved items, quantities and prices, so you can enter panes as quantities or price the agreed clean as one item. Add notes to make interior glass, screens or other agreed work clear. You set the prices.
Can I manage residential and commercial window cleaning?
Yes. Keep clients, multiple sites and linked property records, then connect estimates, jobs, appointments and invoices to the work. That gives a residential visit and a commercial storefront clean their own details.
Does Microtra automatically build recurring routes?
You schedule each return visit and choose the order of your stops yourself. Keep the appointments and assigned staff on the schedule, then adjust the day's plan as needed. Service reminders are coming soon.
What happens when the weather changes?
Move the appointment to a new time and keep the job details together. Contact the customer through your usual channel; server email and SMS delivery are coming soon.
Can a customer pay through the invoice?
You can share an invoice PDF through your device and record cash or payments received elsewhere. Microtra does not collect card payments today. Card charging, Tap to Pay, QR payments and pay links are coming soon.
