Software for small retail shop owners

Know your stock. Keep your shop moving.

A shelf, a stockroom and a supplier order all belong to the same business. Microtra brings your items, stock counts, purchasing and recorded sales together, with the everyday admin alongside them.

Unleash your potential.

The everyday details

You know the work.
The admin adds up.

The shelf and the stockroom disagree

A count in a notebook goes stale after the next transfer or sale. When the same item sits in several places, a single total does not show where to look.

Buying means chasing old information

Supplier contacts, price lists and orders can live in separate messages. Reordering is harder when you cannot find what you bought or who supplied it.

The payment is only part of the sale

A card terminal records money received, but you also need the item, quantity and stock movement. Bringing those records together takes attention at a busy counter.

How Microtra helps

Use the tools that fit your day, with your records ready on your phone or on the web.

Count stock where it is kept

Track stock by location, enter physical counts and record transfers or wastage. Keep the shelf and backroom visible as separate locations rather than relying on a handwritten total.
