Microtra does not calculate recipes, drink yields or ingredient depletion from a menu. Work out recipe quantities using your own methods, then enter appropriate item prices, purchases, expenses and stock adjustments.
Confirm the revised selection, quantities and handoff arrangement directly. Update the estimate or invoice to match what was agreed so the office contact and person preparing refreshments have a consistent description.
