The Mobile car wash setup starts with Appointment, Customer and Vehicles as its terms. Linked vehicle records, scheduling and app-managed bookings are enabled, giving you a starting point for organizing a mobile detailing business.
Can I keep separate vehicles under the same customer?
Yes. Linked vehicle records sit alongside the customer contact. Keep the vehicle details with the work and use appointment notes for the service agreed, so another car from the same household has its own context.
Does Microtra account for driving between detailing bookings?
You plan travel time and the order of your visits. Services have durations and buffers, and bookings have schedule conflict checks, but the app does not optimize routes or calculate a travel plan for you.
Can customers book and pay a deposit from a public page?
Public online booking and card deposits are coming soon. Today you discuss the visit directly, create the booking in the app and handle payments through your existing arrangements. Record money received in Microtra rather than treating a booking as payment.
Can I compare the time a full detail takes with my estimate?
Use recorded time entries and the job's notes and costs to review the completed work. Microtra supports timers and manual time entries. You interpret those records and decide your next price or service duration.
