Quote the vehicle condition as well as the package
Pet hair in fabric seats, bonded contamination and a delicate wrap can change the work behind a package name. Describe the vehicle you inspected, list the proposed treatments and show which extras depend on a closer check. This quote sample separates cabin labor from exterior preparation so the customer can choose a defined service before the appointment.

How to use the template.

Can I quote from photos alone?
You can make the limitations clear, but photos may not reveal odor, embedded debris or finish damage. State what needs confirmation and obtain approval for changes after the arrival inspection.
Where does pet-hair removal belong?
If it is additional to the chosen package, describe the affected surfaces and the proposed labor basis separately. Avoid implying an ordinary cabin vacuum covers every level of contamination.
Is this a mobile-only template?
