Microtra features

Put the day's visits in an order you can work with.

If you need a route planning app, understand Microtra's limits first: route optimization, GPS tracking and navigation are not live. Use scheduled jobs and client addresses to plan the visit order yourself. Microtra does not calculate a route or guide the vehicle.

Gather the places before deciding the order

Jobs keep the client site with their details, and client records support multiple sites. Review the address for each planned visit, especially when one customer has several properties. A billing address and the place where the work happens may be different.

Place the fixed commitments first

Use job-linked appointments and assigned staff to record the day you choose. Consider client access windows, the length of the work and staff working hours before placing flexible visits around fixed ones. Leave room for travel based on your own knowledge or a separate navigation service outside Microtra.

Check what must travel with the person

Equipment and vehicles can be no-login resources on the schedule. A visit order that works geographically can still fail when the required machine is elsewhere. Review those resources and the job tasks together before committing the staff member to the appointment.

Reconsider the day when conditions change

Weather, difficult access and unfinished work can alter a run of cleaning or outdoor visits. Review the remaining appointments and job notes, then choose a revised order yourself. Contact clients through your existing channels; automatic service reminders and server SMS delivery are coming soon.

Keep the plan distinct from a travel record

A scheduled appointment describes intended work. It is not evidence of miles driven or the staff member's physical location. Record job time with the timer or manual entries, and keep any required mileage records through your own chosen process.

How it works.

  1. Open the day's jobs and check the correct client site and address for every visit.
  2. Decide the sequence yourself around access times, staff hours, work duration and travel.
  3. Record appointments and assignments, checking the equipment or vehicle needed at each stop.
  4. Review the rest of the day after a cancellation or delay and communicate any changed arrival arrangement yourself.

Useful answers.

Does Microtra choose the fastest route?

No. Route optimization is not live. You choose the order of visits using the jobs, client sites and schedule as planning information.

Will it give turn-by-turn directions?

Microtra does not provide navigation. Use your separate navigation service outside Microtra and review the correct job address before traveling.

Can I use client sites to prepare a day of visits?

Yes. Client records support multiple sites, and jobs hold client sites and details. Use the appropriate site for each appointment, then decide its position in the day yourself.

Can I see where a crew member is driving?

GPS tracking is not live. A staff assignment on the schedule shows a plan, not a live location or a record of the journey.
