Microtra features

Remember the client behind the next request.

A small business CRM should help you find the right contact and the history behind the work. Microtra keeps client details, sites, notes, estimates and invoices connected. The client portal and public client pages are coming soon; these records are managed inside your business.

Find the person who handles the bill

Keep contact details and billing preferences with the client. A homeowner booking a repair and a property manager handling the invoice may need different information. Review the saved details before preparing the next document instead of relying on an old message thread.

Separate the client from the place you visit

Multiple sites let you keep the work location with the right account. That matters when a client has a home and rental property, or an office manager looks after several premises. Check which site belongs to the job before scheduling the visit.

Read the financial history in context

Look at estimates, invoices, recorded payments and statements alongside the client record. A payment recorded in Microtra reflects money received through your existing method. Card charging is coming soon, so recording the history does not collect funds from the client.

Keep the details of what you service

Linked property, vehicle or pet records give suitable businesses a place for context beyond a contact name. Setup enables linked records for Cleaning, Painting & decorating, Trades & construction, Mobile car wash and Pet grooming. Other businesses can switch the module on in Modules & terms when it fits their work.

Leave a useful handover

Client notes and saved document preferences help the next person understand the account. Write the practical facts a colleague needs, such as which contact discusses the work or which billing details to review. Keep notes clear enough to use without reconstructing the conversation.

How it works.

  1. Start with the client contact and billing details, then add the sites where you do the work.
  2. Use the client when preparing an estimate, job or invoice so the records remain connected.
  3. Review notes, past documents and recorded payments when a new request arrives.
  4. Update changed contact details and document preferences before the next visit or bill.
Coming soon

Server email and SMS delivery are coming soon.

Useful answers.

Is this a sales pipeline with marketing campaigns?

This page describes client management for the work you deliver: contacts, sites, notes and connected business records. It does not promise a campaign sender or an automated sales pipeline.

Can one client have several job sites?

Yes. Client records support multiple sites, so the billing relationship can stay together while individual jobs use the appropriate location.

Do all businesses begin with pet or property records?

No. Linked records depend on industry setup. Check Modules & terms to enable them and choose suitable words when they are useful to your business.

Can clients sign in to see their own records?

The client portal and public client pages are coming soon. Use Microtra's internal client history and share document PDFs through your device when needed.
