Match the photo booth package to the event space
A booth package can include an attendant, a backdrop, printed strips and a digital gallery, or only some of those. This sample download gives you a place to define the package, venue conditions and image permissions. Take the outline to your attorney before offering an agreement.
This is a sample, not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney in your state review any contract before you use it.
Inside the downloadable sample
- Booth format and package inventory
- Floor space, power and load-in
- Operating window and interruptions
- Artwork proofs and output choices
- Images, galleries and participant choices
- Booking payment, damage and acceptance
The PDF and editable DOCX contain the sample clauses and blank agreement fields. Microtra does not generate contracts.
How to use the template.
- Choose the actual booth package and collect the venue's space, power and access information.
- Prepare print-layout proofs and distinguish client artwork approval from image-use permissions.
- Ask a qualified attorney in your state to review privacy, interruption and cancellation terms.
- Keep the reviewed agreement with the final artwork and approved event timetable.
Useful answers.
Does booth hire always include unlimited prints?
No. Define the output included in your actual package, such as prints, print layouts or digital delivery. Avoid a broad promise that the equipment and supplies cannot support.
Can the event client approve all guest image use?
Do not assume that approval covers every participant. Discuss the proposed uses with counsel and provide a clear process for permissions and participant questions.
Why does setup time need its own field?
Installation can require equipment checks, layout approval and printer preparation before guests use the booth. Separating that work helps the venue provide access without reducing the agreed operating window.
Keep exploring.
