Will this allocate every reformer automatically?
You manage equipment allocation and class capacity. Staff availability and booking conflict checks help with the diary, but they do not establish whether an apparatus configuration or group size is appropriate for a particular class.
How do I reserve time for equipment changeovers?
Use service buffers and review the adjacent sessions. Include the time needed to reset resistance, wipe surfaces and discuss a handover; do not fit another participant into a gap that the instructor needs for preparation.
Can members reserve a place from a public page?
Public online booking is coming soon. Create reservations inside Microtra after agreeing the session with the member, then communicate the arrival time and studio instructions through your usual channel.
Can I track a pack of private lessons?
Packages and memberships inside the app support credits and balances. Confirm the package rules you agreed, review the remaining credit and record its use. Online package sales are coming soon.
