Define the session duration, buffer and assigned staff for each service. Allow for warm-up discussions, music setup, feedback and studio clearing as your teaching requires. Decide how the actual room will be used; a service duration alone does not promise automatic class grouping, floor-space capacity or a school timetable generator.

Can dancers book themselves through a public studio page?
Public online booking is coming soon. The live process described here is a booking arranged by the business after agreeing the lesson. Confirm the teacher, service and timing directly, especially when a new dancer needs a conversation about goals or the right type of session.
Does this manage a full group-class enrollment timetable?
This page describes services, internal bookings, staff availability and member credits. It does not promise automated class rosters, recital planning or school enrollment management. Review how your particular group teaching and room arrangements would fit before assuming a private-session workflow covers every studio program.
Can a lesson pack keep a remaining credit balance?
Packs and memberships support credit use, balances, expiration, top-ups and renewals inside the app. Check the member's balance and your terms when arranging the lesson. You remain responsible for explaining whether a missed or changed session uses a credit under your own agreement.
Will the studio send automatic session reminders?
Server email and SMS reminders are coming soon. Use your established contact channel to confirm lessons and changes, then keep the booking record aligned with the agreement. Where another person handles the arrangements for a dancer, check the appropriate contact through your own process.
