Goals can guide the work without becoming a guarantee. Describe the coaching process and how progress is discussed; let your attorney review language about outcomes and each person's role.
Where do between-session messages belong?
In a clear communication section. State which channels you use, when a response can be expected and whether substantial work outside meetings belongs in a separate engagement.
Is permission to record assumed when a session is remote?
Treat it as a distinct discussion rather than an assumption. Explain the purpose, access and retention of any recording, and ask counsel to prepare appropriate permission language.
