A janitorial quote built from zones and service frequency
Quote the building the crew will clean, including occupied areas, supply responsibilities and the time available for access. This janitorial quote template separates regular visits from periodic detail work and replenishment. The fictional example is a defined service period; it does not assume that every office needs the same visit pattern.

[Enter service-period boundaries and actual planned visit schedule.]
[Attach zones, task frequencies and excluded rooms.]
[Identify whether products, equipment, liners and restroom supplies are provider- or client-supplied.]
[State how supply allowances are checked and changed with approval.]
[Add acceptance timing, applicable tax and assumptions about occupied areas.]
How to use the template.
- Walk the site with the building contact and estimate labor for the agreed zones and service windows.
- Choose a service period and state the visit pattern explicitly instead of quoting an unexplained recurring amount.
- Add supplies, travel, equipment costs, overhead and margin using your own records.
- Keep optional detail work separate and agree how area, occupancy or frequency changes will be repriced.
Useful answers.
How do I quote an office that stays occupied late?
Confirm access to each zone and any required sequencing before estimating labor. State the assumptions so the price is not based on empty rooms that will actually remain in use.
Should restroom consumables be included automatically?
Agree who purchases and replenishes them. If you supply an allowance, define its scope and how actual use will be reviewed with the building contact.
Does the quote set up automatic cleaning visits?
No. The download does not schedule anything. In Microtra, the owner can organize jobs and appointments; recurring visits must be arranged by the owner.
Keep exploring.
