A graphic design proposal with deliverables and revision limits

A proposal needs to make the finished deliverables visible before the designer begins. This graphic design proposal template separates discovery, layout development and production files for a fictional print project. Use the scope notes to explain revision boundaries and client-supplied assets; the example is a pricing document, not an intellectual-property agreement.

[Describe page format, dimensions, print specification and named deliverables.]

[Identify client-supplied copy, licensed images and feedback contact.]

[Define included concepts, revision rounds and separately quoted changes.]

[Add proposal validity, delivery assumptions and approval method.]

Fonts, image rights, source files and usage permissions require their own agreed terms; no rights transfer is created by this sample.

How to use the template.

  1. Translate the brief into named outputs, dimensions and formats before entering prices.
  2. Price research, design, revision capacity and production from your expected time and costs rather than copying the example.
  3. State who supplies copy and images and what happens when feedback changes an approved direction.
  4. Download the DOCX to edit the scope, or use the PDF as a reference; review the proposal and share it yourself.

Useful answers.

Does every proposal include editable source files?

No. List the exact files to be handed over and resolve source-file delivery and usage rights in an appropriate separate agreement. A proposal total does not settle those terms.

How can I describe revision rounds clearly?

Define what counts as a round, how consolidated feedback is supplied and what falls outside the accepted direction. Separately price a new concept or expanded deliverable.

Is this an automatically calculated online proposal builder?

No. It is a downloadable example. Edit the DOCX and check the arithmetic after changes; downloading does not import the proposal into Microtra.
