It can organize the discussion, but each engagement needs its own deliverable and input boundaries. A finished article, an edit of client text and a research memo should not share an unexplained generic services scope.
How should I define an included revision?
Describe the kind of changes and the draft stage it applies to, then have counsel review the wording. A new brief, added audience or different output can be different from correcting the agreed draft.
Does payment automatically transfer every project file?
The sample makes no determination about rights or file ownership. Tell your attorney what you intend to deliver and license or transfer, including editable files and third-party materials.
