Turn the floral design into an agreement the venue can follow

Flowers are a perishable design order with delivery and installation responsibilities attached. The agreement should connect the approved look to identifiable arrangements and explain how changes are handled. This sample helps a florist prepare that information for an attorney; it is a download, and Microtra does not create florist contracts.

Inside the downloadable sample

  • Arrangement schedule and client authority
  • Palette and availability decisions
  • Venue installation and access
  • Vessels and movement after handover
  • Order changes and payment schedule
  • Collection and final documentation

The PDF and editable DOCX contain the sample clauses and blank agreement fields. Microtra does not generate contracts.

How to use the template.

  1. Prepare an arrangement schedule and identify the design references that the client actually approved.
  2. Record supply uncertainties, vessel ownership and venue access requirements without guessing legal responsibility.
  3. Give the editable outline, quote and floral schedule to a qualified attorney in your state for review before use.
  4. Use your own signing method and keep later approved substitutions or count changes with the final agreement.

Useful answers.

Does this agreement guarantee a named flower variety?

The sample makes no availability guarantee. Discuss the actual order and a suitable substitution process with the client and your attorney, using clear design references.

What if another supplier moves an arrangement after installation?

Identify any planned transfers and who performs them. Your attorney can address responsibility for handling beyond your agreed scope rather than leaving every post-installation movement undefined.

Can I combine flowers and vase hire in one agreement?

You can prepare a combined scope for legal review, but identify returnable vessels separately from consumable flowers. Include collection arrangements so the client knows what must be returned.
