Document the finding and follow a reviewed process for assessment and approved extra work. The sample does not assume the installer has priced every concealed condition.
Should furniture moving and appliance handling be included?
State who handles them and what is included, using the actual services and competence available. Do not leave the client to infer room preparation from the phrase flooring installation.
