A deep clean is easier to approve when the bill names the work beyond ordinary maintenance. Match each charge to the walkthrough scope, whether that was kitchen degreasing, detailed bathroom work or empty appliance interiors. An occupied home and a move-out property need different descriptions even when the cleaning methods overlap.

How to use the template.
- Compare the completed task sheet with the accepted scope before listing billable rooms and extras.
- Describe the detail work performed rather than using an unexplained intensive-cleaning surcharge.
- Record access limits and agreed adjustments without describing incomplete work as finished.
- Replace all fictional charges and quantities, check the balance and provide the reviewed invoice with the handover record.

Can I bill stain removal even when a mark remains?
Use the actual agreement and describe the treatment honestly. Distinguish cleaning performed from guaranteed restoration, and do not imply that damaged or permanently stained surfaces were restored.
How should an empty refrigerator or oven appear?
Give the authorized appliance interior its own line if separately priced. Name the appliance and completed scope, and account for any agreed access or condition adjustment.
Is the sample suitable for a move-out clean?
You can edit it for completed move-out work. Add the vacant-property scope and relevant rooms, and avoid promising a deposit return or another result outside your control.
