Describe the session before offering a place
Create services with durations and buffers that reflect preparation and room reset. Include time for mats and props where needed. Decide the teaching format and capacity yourself; a service description does not establish how many people the room or instructor can accommodate.

Public online booking is coming soon. This page describes bookings created inside Microtra after you agree the place with the member. Keep any external timetable or enrollment process aligned with the diary you manage.
Does it automatically fill a class or maintain a waitlist?
This workflow does not promise automatic capacity allocation or a waitlist. You decide how many places are appropriate, keep the participant arrangements clear and check room and instructor readiness before confirming another place.
How do I protect preparation time between formats?
Use service buffers and review neighboring reservations, especially when a workshop needs different props or a private session needs a quieter setup. Do not treat an empty teaching gap as available until preparation and room changeover fit too.
Can I sell a membership through the booking page?
Online package sales are coming soon. Packages and memberships can be managed inside the app, with credits and balances recorded there. Agree the purchase through your existing process and record payment after receiving it elsewhere.
