Other setup has linked records switched off. Keep practical details with the work, or enable and configure linked records in Modules & terms if that suits your business; this page does not assume a pet profile is created automatically.
Can the client track the sitter's location?
GPS tracking and the client portal are coming soon. This workflow covers staff arrangements inside the business; communicate the agreed visit and any update through your usual client channel.
Will a series of care visits repeat automatically?
Schedule and review the required visits yourself. Confirm the start, finish, tasks and any handoff directly so a changed travel plan does not leave an old appointment looking like a confirmed care arrangement.
Can clients reserve visits online?
Public online booking is coming soon. The owner agrees the service and availability directly, then maintains the internal appointments connected to the work.
