Software for house cleaners

A cleaning slot starts with the rooms in scope.

A regular maintenance clean can fit a familiar rhythm; a move-out clean with inside cabinets needs a different plan. Microtra helps a cleaning business owner arrange appointments around the actual work, customer access and available staff. You decide the sequence and confirm the visits, with the property context close to the diary.

Make room for the real work.

  • Regular home maintenance clean
  • First visit and deep clean
  • Move-out cleaning appointment
  • Kitchen-focused extra visit
  • Post-renovation cleanup by agreement
  • Guest preparation clean
  • Owner-arranged repeat visit

How it works.

  1. Read the work before reserving the time

Use Job tasks and notes to describe the rooms, surfaces and extras included. A vacant property, an occupied family home and an appliance-heavy deep clean have different demands. Identify supplies, special access or unresolved scope before placing the visit in the day, and leave a realistic allowance based on your own experience of the work.

  2. Confirm the customer's access arrangement

Cleaning setup connects Customer, Job and Properties. Check the correct property and who will provide entry, including arrival restrictions or other practical arrangements agreed with the customer. Confirm these details through your usual channel. Treat an internal appointment as your business plan, then make sure the people involved know and accept the arrangement.

  3. Place staff into a day that can be delivered

Link appointments to the work and assign staff, considering working hours, breaks and time off. Plan travel, supply collection and transitions yourself. If a regular customer needs an added oven clean or another room, review the time available rather than assuming the familiar slot can absorb the extra task without affecting the following home.

  4. Replan deliberately after a cancellation or change

Discuss the replacement time directly, update the appointment and review nearby visits. Repeat cleans are arranged by the owner; recheck the scope and access details when setting the next one. Record what was delivered and prepare a clear invoice so the final bill follows the agreed service rather than merely repeating a calendar label.

Coming soon

What is still on the way.

Public online booking and automatic service reminders are coming soon; agree cleaning visits directly.

Route optimization and GPS tracking are not available in this workflow.

Useful answers.

Does Microtra automatically arrange a cleaning route?

Route optimization is not available. You choose the appointment order and allow for travel yourself, using the planned work, locations and staff availability to make a workable day.

How do repeat house cleans work?

The owner plans the repeat visits and confirms them with the customer. Review the property scope, access and staff availability before placing each arrangement into the schedule.

Should a deep clean use the same slot as a regular clean?

Base the time on the included tasks and condition you have assessed. Discuss additional work and revise the appointment plan if the usual maintenance slot cannot reasonably cover it.

Can customers change their time through a public page?

Public online booking is coming soon. Discuss a requested change through your established channel, then update the appointment inside the business and review the rest of the day.
