Verify site conditions and specification details through your own estimating process before quoting.
How can I distinguish a patch from complete finishing?
Give each scope a precise description and unit. Explain the area being repaired, whether blending or texture work is included and what surface condition you will leave. A small opening can require preparation beyond its immediate size, so make the agreed result clear rather than relying on area alone.
Can I include access equipment and room protection?
Describe those services separately or make their inclusion clear in the relevant work item. Use your own equipment assumptions, supplier costs and labor allowance. Check the occupied-room arrangements directly with the client so furniture moving, dust protection and cleanup are not left to guesswork.
Can the accepted estimate support later invoices?
