Software for concrete contractors
Confirm the site is ready before reserving the pour.
A pour appointment depends on more than an empty space in the calendar. Forms, reinforcement, access and supplier arrangements need your review first. Microtra helps the owner organize appointments beside the concrete Job and assigned staff. It does not provide live dispatch, GPS tracking or route optimization; you coordinate deliveries, site readiness and changes directly.
Make room for the real work.
- Site measure and access review
- Removal and base preparation
- Formwork preparation visit
- Reinforcement readiness check
- Pour and finishing appointment

How it works.
Give the crew a usable site brief
Keep the Client, Properties and Job details together in Trades & construction setup. Note truck access, unloading arrangements, working area and the site contact. List the tasks that must be complete before placement. The scheduled appointment should point to agreed work, not leave the person attending to reconstruct the plan from separate discussions.
See the clients featureArrange preparation before committing placement
Add appointments linked to the Job for the work stages you need. Assign staff after checking working hours and time off. Decide yourself how base preparation, formwork, reinforcement and any outside checks affect the sequence; this page does not promise a dependency engine that automatically releases a pour when earlier work is marked complete.
See the jobs featureCoordinate supply outside the calendar
Confirm the concrete delivery, pump arrangement and access directly with the providers involved. Update the Job notes with the agreement and reserve the relevant staff time. Microtra does not provide supplier dispatch or live truck tracking. A calendar entry is your business plan, so verify the delivery arrangement separately before telling the client the pour is confirmed.
See the team featureRework the day when conditions change
If weather, access or preparation changes the plan, move appointments yourself and contact the affected people. Review finishing and return work as well as the delivery slot. Update tasks and status so the next visit has a clear purpose, then keep the agreed work connected with the estimate and any progress invoice.

Useful answers.
Is this concrete dispatch software for ready-mix trucks?
Microtra does not provide ready-mix dispatch, GPS tracking or route optimization. This page describes the contractor organizing its own site appointments, assigned staff and work notes. Dispatch from a concrete supplier and the coordination of delivery vehicles remain outside this workflow.
Will changing the pour move the preparation visits automatically?
You review and move appointments yourself. Check which work is already complete, what must be revisited and whether finishing or return visits are also affected. The schedule stores the plan you make; it does not promise automatic sequencing of construction stages or weather-based rescheduling.
Can a homeowner book a pour through a public calendar?
Public online booking is coming soon. Agree the work and site arrangements directly with the client, then enter the appointment inside the business. Reserve placement only after you have checked the preparation and external supply arrangements required for that particular site.
Does the app alert the crew when a delivery changes?
Server email and SMS delivery are coming soon. Contact your crew, client and suppliers through the channels you already use, then update the appointment and Job notes. Keep a clear record of the revised arrangement so the next person checking the work sees the plan you actually confirmed.
Keep exploring.
