Separate production days from the finished edit
Video work continues after the camera is packed away. An invoice can distinguish the shoot, the main edit and separately requested versions so a client understands the delivered stage. This sample is for a business interview project, with no assumption that raw footage, music rights or unlimited revision rounds are included.

How to use the template.
- Match the bill to the production stage the client accepted, such as filming completed or final master delivered. Do not describe a review cut as the final approved file.
- Keep shoot days, post-production and added formats distinct when independently priced. Check what equipment and crew were included in the day charge.
- Reconcile revisions with the agreed review process. Identify a client-approved scope addition without charging again for a correction you owed under the original brief.
- Reference the separate usage and asset arrangements, check earlier milestone payments and edit the DOCX before issuing the reviewed bill.
Useful answers.
Should licensed music be another charge?
Use the accepted production arrangement and supporting purchase record. Do not imply that a billing line grants rights beyond the license actually obtained.
How do I show extra versions?
Identify the requested format or audience version and its approval. A vertical cutdown, captioned export and main edit may be different deliverables if the brief defined them that way.
Does this sell the raw footage?
No rights or file ownership are established by this sample. Reference the actual production agreement and obtain qualified legal advice for the terms when needed.
Keep exploring.
