A social media proposal with a defined production rhythm

Posting volume is only part of social media management. Research, asset collection, caption writing, approvals and audience replies each consume time. This proposal sample estimates an organic content cycle with a plan, prepared posts and a review report. It asks you to specify the platforms and response coverage, while keeping ad spend, filming and promises about follower growth outside the base scope.

[Describe response monitoring windows and escalation topics if included.]

[Keep ad spend, original filming and additional campaigns separate from this organic scope.]

How to use the template.

  1. Inventory the client accounts, brand guidance and available assets. Establish who owns access and who can approve publication.
  2. Describe the content deliverables by platform and format. Distinguish repurposing supplied material from creating original photography or video.
  3. Build a review sequence that gives the client time to correct facts and approve claims. State what happens when approvals arrive late.
  4. Define reporting measures and discussion frequency without guaranteeing sales, reach or follower increases.
  5. Check optional services such as audience response handling and paid campaigns, then price only the selected work in the estimate.

Useful answers.

Does a post count include every format?

Specify how still posts, carousels, stories and short videos are counted. A broad post allowance can conceal very different production needs.

Should ad spend be included in the service total?

Keep platform spending distinguishable from your management fee. Explain who approves budgets and pays the platform, and describe campaign management separately if offered.

How can I state response coverage clearly?

Name the accounts, monitoring windows and types of replies covered. Escalation, complaints and sensitive issues need a client contact and agreed boundaries rather than a promise of continuous availability.
