Let the service log explain the snow bill
Snow work can be billed per push, per event or through a seasonal agreement, and those units are not interchangeable. State the model the property owner accepted and identify the cleared areas. This sample uses completed per-visit work, keeping parking-area plowing, pedestrian access and deicer application visible as distinct services.

How to use the template.
- Reconcile dispatch records with the site log before counting pushes. A scheduled call or drive-by is not automatically a completed clearing visit.
- Identify the lots, lanes and walkways covered. Keep relocated piles or off-site hauling separate if the customer approved those services.
- Check whether deicer is included in each visit or billed by application or quantity. Use the agreed method consistently.
- Replace the illustrative charges and add the billing period and due date. Explain any adjustment for a missed area or disputed visit before issuing the bill.
Useful answers.
Is a second pass a second billable push?
Follow the definition in the service agreement and retain the dispatch record. Do not assume every vehicle pass through a site represents a separately priced visit.
How do I bill a seasonal agreement?
Describe the installment or covered period under that agreement. Do not turn a fixed seasonal arrangement into per-push billing unless the customer accepted the change.
Should weather totals be included?
Use reliable supporting records where your agreement depends on a trigger or accumulation band. The invoice can reference those records without presenting an unsupported weather measurement as fact.
Keep exploring.
