Make the service visit recognizable
A pest service invoice needs to identify the treated site and type of visit without becoming the treatment record itself. An inspection, an initial service and a follow-up may have different billing arrangements. Use this sample to distinguish those events and refer to the separate service documentation for application details and any instructions given to the customer.

How to use the template.
- Read the technician's completed service record before choosing an inspection or treatment description. Do not describe inaccessible rooms as inspected.
- Identify the location and target pest clearly enough for a manager handling several units to allocate the charge.
- Check whether monitoring devices were supplied, replaced or only serviced. Bill the event and quantity actually authorized.
- Keep treatment instructions and application details in the appropriate service record. Set the actual invoice date, terms and balance in the edited download.
Useful answers.
Should a follow-up be another treatment charge?
Check the service agreement first. If a follow-up was included, do not create an additional unpaid charge merely because it appears as a separate visit in the work log.
Can this invoice serve as the pesticide application record?
Do not assume it can. Keep the service documentation required for your work and consult the relevant authority or a qualified professional about recordkeeping obligations.
What if no pest activity was found?
Describe the inspection performed and its scope. A finding of no observed activity is different from a guarantee that pests are absent from the entire property.
Keep exploring.
