Connect training charges to the sessions
A training invoice should make it clear whether the client is buying a package, paying for completed sessions or settling additional programming work. This example bills individual sessions and a separate plan review. Keep health measurements and coaching notes in the client record rather than copying them into an invoice that may be forwarded to someone else.

How to use the template.
- Choose the transaction being billed before entering quantities: a package sale is different from sessions completed against an existing package.
- Match attendance with the session log. Deal with cancellations under the terms agreed with the client instead of describing an unattended visit as completed coaching.
- State whether a written program review was included in the training arrangement or approved as extra work.
- Replace the sample figures, show any existing payment and check the balance. Send the invoice with a concise service description that protects private coaching information.
Useful answers.
How do I avoid billing a package session twice?
Reconcile the credit balance before creating the bill. If a session used prepaid credit, record that use rather than issuing a fresh unpaid session charge.
Can a parent or employer receive the invoice?
Use the authorized billing party and the arrangement the client accepted. Keep health details and progress observations out of the routine billing description.
What if session lengths vary?
Name the service duration or agreed session type for each entry. A session count alone can be unclear when short check-ins and full coached visits have different prices.
Keep exploring.
