Set out the artistry and event extras

The person paying for a wedding party may not be the person in the chair. Identify the billing contact, event reference and services performed without turning an invoice into a guest list. The example distinguishes the booked makeup service, a trial and an agreed travel charge; it does not assume touch-ups or lashes were included.

How to use the template.

  1. Compare the final service count with the booking sheet, including any canceled or added faces and the approvals for those changes.
  2. Record the event and preparation location in a way the payer recognizes. Keep skin concerns, allergies and other private consultation details off the bill.
  3. Check whether a trial was billed earlier before listing it again. Distinguish venue travel from extended on-site touch-up coverage.
  4. Enter the actual service date, invoice reference and payment instructions in the editable document. Verify any booking payment against your records before sending.

Useful answers.

Should I list each attendee's name?

A role or service count is often enough for the payer to recognize the booking. Use only the identifying detail needed to explain what was supplied.

How do I show a last-minute extra application?

Identify the added service separately and retain the payer's approval. Use the charge agreed for the addition rather than treating it as part of the original headcount.

Can a trial and the event appear together?

They can when that reflects your billing arrangement. Show the separate service dates and ensure a trial payment has not already settled the same line.
