Can the host promise every arrival time in this sample?
The outline does not make that promise. Discuss late departure, missing utilities and other constraints with counsel so completion expectations match the access and scope you can control.
Where should restocking purchases be described?
Identify the supplies, who buys them and how approval and reimbursement work in an attachment. Do not treat an empty toiletries shelf as automatic permission to make purchases.
