Keep pool maintenance and repair charges distinct
Regular pool care, a filter clean and replacement equipment should not disappear into an unexplained service total. Identify the pool and the visits covered, then distinguish included chemistry adjustments from separately approved supplies. This sample is for routine pool service; a fencing project belongs under its own scope and invoice.

[State which chemicals were included and identify only separately agreed additional supplies.]
How to use the template.
- Reconcile completed visits with weather, access and equipment notes. Explain any agreed substitute visit rather than counting the original schedule automatically.
- Use the contract's distinction between routine cleaning and periodic equipment maintenance. Check whether a filter clean is already included.
- Match replacement items to the customer's approval and identify the component fitted. Keep operating or dosing instructions out of financial line items.
- Edit the download with the actual service period, agreed charges and payment status. Send the reviewed bill to the authorized owner or property manager.
Useful answers.
Should all chemicals be billed separately?
Use your service agreement. If ordinary chemicals were included, avoid billing them again; identify only the additional supplies or treatment the customer separately accepted.
How do I invoice several pools at one property?
Use a clear pool or facility reference for each set of visits. Distinguish the main pool, spa and other systems when their service scope or billing differs.
Can the invoice document water-test readings?
A reference to the service log is more useful than replacing it with a billing document. Keep test readings, treatment details and equipment observations in their own service record.
Keep exploring.
