Price the identified load and the work needed to reach it
A pile photographed from a doorway may not reveal the stairs, dismantling or material restrictions behind the job. Describe the load you priced and the access conditions it depends on. This estimate sample separates identified household items from extra carrying and handling so the client can understand a revision before removal begins.

[Attach the included item list, excluded materials and items that must remain.]
[Identify stairs, parking, elevator permission and any disassembly included.]
[State the pricing basis and what must be checked when the crew arrives.]
[Replace every figure and confirm the accepted destination, applicable tax and approval process for changes.]
How to use the template.
- Describe the items and collection areas from information you can actually assess. Request a clearer scope through your own process when photographs are incomplete.
- Name the price basis and keep carrying, dismantling or restricted access visible where they affect the proposed work.
- Confirm your accepted materials and likely receiving arrangements without promising donation or recycling acceptance.
- Calculate labor, vehicle, handling and business costs, replace the fictional amounts and review the load with the client before starting.
Useful answers.
Can I quote from photographs alone?
Use photographs only with clear assumptions about what they show and the access information supplied. Explain any arrival review needed before the quoted scope becomes final rather than presenting hidden items as included.
How should I show a volume-based price?
Define the unit and how the load will be assessed using your actual service method. Do not copy a fictional truck fraction or imply that every business uses the same vehicle or volume basis.
What belongs in an access assumption?
Identify parking, carrying distance, stairs, elevators and required dismantling as applicable. These details explain the labor behind a load that might otherwise look identical in a photograph.
Keep exploring.
